Atlanta Business Chronicle | Leaders in Corporate Citizenship Awards: Q&A with David Tann
We couldn’t be more excited to share that David Tann has been named an Atlanta Business Chronicle 2025 Leader in Corporate Citizenship, holding the distinct honor of "Cause Marketer of the Year.”
The Business Chronicle profiled David in advance of the event where he reflected on meaningful work with clients and why visibility and access for the next generation of creatives remains a personal priority.
Check out a few highlights from his profile below:
What helps you decide whether you want to work with a potential client?
We want to help people, but we also want to be proud of the work that we do to create things for that company or that organization. Are they good people? Do we believe in what their cause is? Do we see how we can add value? Not every product checks all those boxes, but we hope to at least get three out of four.
Is there a project you've worked on that you're most proud of or that you've really seen a positive impact from?
One that is local to Atlanta is the Alma Domestic Violence Foundation. It’s a very small nonprofit for which we did a complete rebrand. When the founder, Alma G. Davis, said, The work that you guys did for us allows me to be confident when I walk into a room with any executive in the city and know that my organization presents professionally — that's an amazing feeling. This project is super local and has a very niche audience, but it's had a really big impact.
