Tantrum Agency Announces Acquisition of TealHaus Strategies and Key Leadership Appointments
ATLANTA - January 21, 2026 - Tantrum Agency (Tantrum), the full-service creative agency headquartered in Atlanta, today announced its acquisition of TealHaus Strategies (TealHaus), an award-winning marketing and content strategy firm out of Greenville, South Carolina.
The move marks a significant milestone in Tantrum’s continued growth, following a period of strong momentum that included new client wins, revenue growth, team expansion and a number of community and industry recognitions.
The addition of TealHaus strengthens Tantrum’s strategic capabilities and advances the agency’s national footprint as it continues to grow its client portfolio across the country. TealHaus brings with it a strong track record in education, nonprofit and mission-driven work that spans the East coast. TealHaus founder Lindsay Niedringhaus, a longtime collaborator with Tantrum, will join the agency full-time and transition several clients to Tantrum, including College Unbound, The Fine Arts Center of Greenville, Industrial Power Corporation and Unifi Healthcare.
“Lindsay and I have collaborated for years, and I’ve seen firsthand the way she brings clarity and strategy to every project,” said David Tann, founder and CEO of Tantrum. “TealHaus has earned the trust of clients by being a steady, thoughtful partner – values that align perfectly with Tantrum. We’re not just combining teams, we’re expanding the possibilities for every client we serve.”
“From the beginning, my goal with TealHaus has been to provide thoughtful, strategic support to organizations who want to grow with intention,” said Lindsay Niedringhaus, Founder of TealHaus. “I have had the privilege of working alongside David for the past four years, and this step feels like the natural progression of our partnership.”
New Leadership Appointments, Regional Growth
Alongside the acquisition, Tantrum announced several staff appointments. Allison Peden was promoted to senior designer. Industry veteran Tracey Del Moral joined the team as senior director of marketing and Michael Gutierrez-Nery was promoted from senior designer to art director, a senior leadership position. Gutierrez-Nery, who is based in Denver, will also lead the agency’s expansion in the Western region as Tantrum’s Greenville acquisition supports growth in the Southeast.
Tantrum also welcomes long-time collaborator Phillip Sidberry as the agency’s first Creative-in-Residence. The Auburn University alum brings a multidisciplinary background in technical design, product development and consumer design. He is the founder of Things Fall Apart, an independent clothing and lifestyle brand that interprets apparel as more than fashion, with an emphasis on intentional design and storytelling. In this residency, Sidberry will collaborate with Tantrum’s creative and strategy teams to explore new expressive approaches, push creative boundaries, and drive innovation in brand voice, campaigns, and experiential projects.
Sustained Momentum and Looking Ahead
In the past year, Tantrum expanded its portfolio to include: leading trade show and events company Freeman, legacy retailer White House Black Market, Blake Griffin’s Legynds Basketball Club, and Goodwill of North Georgia. It continued its work with organizations like TOPO Athletics, the Child Mind Institute, Pravida Health, Pronghorn and the NBA.
The agency’s broader client roster includes Five Guys, Share Our Strength, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, the Atlanta Dream, the Atlanta Hawks, Abercrombie & Fitch, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (in collaboration with Weber Shandwick), Beam, National Black MBA and Gensler.
