Tracey Del Moral is a dynamic and accomplished strategic marketing leader with over two decades of experience in brand, product, digital, and retail marketing. As a senior leader, she excels at overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies, with a sharp focus on building and enhancing brand identities. This involves a blend of strategic planning, team leadership, and campaign management to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective marketing across various channels.

Tracey’s expertise lies in transforming data and insights into powerful campaigns that drive customer acquisition and build lasting loyalty. A true growth catalyst, she has been instrumental in the successful launch of over 35 brands and products throughout her career. She thrives on leading creative teams and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful results, a commitment that has earned her 20 industry awards for her innovative and effective campaigns. Her career is marked by a passion for authentic storytelling and a commitment to creating experiences that resonate deeply with customers.

Previously, Tracey served as the SeniorDirector of Product Marketing at Rent., where she developed go-to-market strategies for individual product solutions and holistic offerings. Before that, as Director of Brand Management for Solenis Pool Solutions, she oversaw annual go-to-market strategies for 11 brands, encompassing brand architecture, design, creative content, digital strategy, and media planning for both B2B and B2C marketing.

As Director of Marketing for the iconic children’s brand, OshKosh B’gosh at Carter’s, Inc., Tracey was instrumental in developing brand strategy and leading go-to-market activations, consumer philanthropy, ambassador programs, public relations, social strategies, and influencer partnerships that significantly increased awareness and drove brand growth. Her impactful contributions in this role earned her an AMY Award for Best Integrated Consumer Campaign, a Silver Davy Award for Content and Social Marketing, and five PRSA awards for influencer marketing. She was also recognized as one of Brand Innovators’ “40 Under 40”.

Tracey has also managed brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, and go-to-market execution for a wide range of prominent brands, including Bright Starts, IHG, Mentos, Hines, JLL, GGP, JetBlue, CNN, and ING. She holds a BBA in Marketing & Communications fromEmory University's Goizueta Business School and has completed several executive marketing certificates from Cornell.
